We are pleased to announce the appointment of Meena Chandrashekar as Powerbox’s Sales Operations Coordinator.
In her role, she’ll support our technical sales team and manage sales enquiries and customer orders.
“I’m loving being part of the Powerbox team and being around people who really care about their customers and what they do” said Meena. Meena joins Powerbox with over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales support roles. She has gained in-depth knowledge in after-sales support while working in several local and international organisations including Gregory’s Commercial Furniture, Ingram Micro and Fujitsu.
Originally from India, Meena migrated to Australia in 2005 as a newlywed, and soon found her way into a customer service support role.
Meena is passionate about great customer service and will be the friendly voice on the end of the phone when you ring Powerbox.
“My philosophy with customer service is to treat everyone as you would like to be treated, and you can’t go wrong. I enjoy interacting with customers, and I’m really enjoying the camaraderie amongst the Powerbox team.” added Meena.
In her spare time, Meena enjoys spending time with her family (husband and two daughters), as well as reading books and watching movies.
