Rugged high power converters for 28V and 270V line inputs.

The Vicor family of High Voltage BCMs are high efficiency and high-power density bus converters which provide an isolated intermediate bus voltage to power non-isolated point-of-load converters.
The MIL-COTS PRMs meet many of the ground vehicle and airborne requirements of MIL-STD-1275 and MIL-STD-704. Rated for up to 500 W, the PRMs produce a nominal factorized bus voltage, controllable over the range of 26 – 50 VDC or 20 – 55 VDC.
The DCM is an isolated, highly efficient, regulated DC-DC converter utilizing high frequency zero-voltage switching (ZVS) topology, operating from an unregulated, wide range input to generate an isolated output.
Advantages of a New Approach to XPU-Mounted Power
By overcoming the obstacles imposed on CPUs or GPUs (or simply XPUs) by external high current delivery through the “last inch,” Vicor Power-on-Package technology does more than just improve performance and simplify motherboard design.
Vicor has expanded its ultra high density Picor Cool-Power® PI31xx series of isolated, ZVS-based DC-DC converters optimized for 24V industrial, 28V aerospace/defense and/or demanding wide temperature applications.
1,300 W AC-DC Semi-Regulated Power Supply
The Vicor Westcor™ MicroPAC™ is a power factor corrected AC-DC power system providing up to 1300 W of continuous power at up to 92% efficiency and 25 Win³ power density in a compact 4 x 1.72 x 7.45 inch package.
Vicor's new VI BRICK® AC Front End module delivers an isolated, PFC regulated, 330W 48V output in a low profile module only 9.55mm in height. This AC–DC converter which operates over the universal AC input range of 85-264 V, provides high efficiency and a power conversion density of 121 W/in3 (7.5W/cm3) or 54 W/in3 for a complete supply that includes all necessary components including hold-up capacitance.
